thin vanilla flavored roll cake layered around a chocolate/peanut butter mousse core & covered in printed marzipan & fondant.
this is absolutely fabulous, a printed texture onto a sheet of fondant icing before laying it over sponge. it’s KUFcakes by KIA UTZON-FRANK, a postgraduate student at the ROYAL COLLEGE OF ART.

raspberry & passionfruit cake with a lemon mousse center made from very thin layers of raspberry & passionfruit sponge & infused with chocolate ganache. it’s covered in marbled marzipan & 24k edible gold.
